Billing and Project Terms

Last updated: September 22, 2026

This page explains how new inquiries and payments work through the current Gravity and Grit website. Any signed proposal, statement of work, or invoice controls the specific terms of that engagement. This page does not change an existing client agreement.

Inquiries and scope

Submitting a website inquiry or booking an introductory conversation does not place an order or create a payment obligation. We discuss your needs and provide a written scope before paid work begins. The scope identifies the services, deliverables, schedule, price, payment milestones, and any cancellation or refund terms that apply.

Invoices and payment

After you approve the scope, we issue an invoice with the available payment methods and due dates. A project may require a deposit only when its written scope or invoice says so. If we offer a fixed-price service, we will identify its deliverables, price, and payment terms before you agree to purchase it.

Changes, cancellations, and refunds

If the scope changes or either party needs to cancel, the approved agreement determines how completed work, outstanding invoices, and any refund are handled. Please contact us promptly about a billing error or duplicate payment so we can review it.

Current website availability

This website currently has no public checkout for digital downloads, recurring SEO subscriptions, or paid consultations. No free trial or automatic renewal is offered through this website. If a service is offered separately, its written terms will explain its price and conditions before you agree.
